We bought this dollhouse for our 5 year old daughter for Christmas. As of tomorrow, it will be in the trash. It is shame because my daughters loved playing with their Barbie dolls with it, but it just fell apart on them. The furniture was nice, but the dollhouse was not durable.

I was hoping the doll house would be a little more durable, but my daughter loves it. It did take me a while to put it together.

My daughter got this for Christmas and we love it!!! It only took about 30-40 minutes to put together - definitely recommend a electric screwdriver! It is so cute and so fun to play with!! We love all the furniture but I do think they could have made the toilet a little nicer compared to the fancy table and chairs. Otherwise we absolutely love it!! It is a little taller than you think so prepare yourself when you get it together and find a place to put it!! Great Buy!!!!!

This dollhouse was easy to assemble. However it is poorly made. I purchased it for my 3 and 4 year old children. They have broken the floor out of the middle level and broke several pieces of furniture. The bathroom tub and the toilet are the two pieces that broke first.

KidKraft Savannah Dollhouse
I bought this dollhouse for my 2 year old grand-daughter for Christmas - she absolutely loves it!!
The only negative is that the swing that comes with the house is useless as it is - it definately needs to be "rigged" by an adult. The rest of the furnishings I believe will hold up under "normal" wear and tear. The lay-out of the Savannah dollhouse is super, and a child can have hours of fun with it!
Since my grand-daughter is only 2, she can't yet reach the attic of the house, and doesn't have a full view of the bedroom and the porches. She can reach the cute bed, though, so she is able to put "Barbie" to sleep. She will grow into being able to use the whole house! She has been shown how to be "gentle" with the pieces. This dollhouse will not hold up to "rough" use by a child that does not understand "fragile or gentle".
I love watching my grand-daughter's imagination run wild while she plays with her dolls and this house!! I am delighted with this product!!
