 Describtion says fire safe - it's not reallyMar 14, 2008
The safe is fine, but the description leads you to believe it is in some way fire rated. If you embed it in a concrete floor, or build a foot of concrete up around it - then it will be. BTW the plastic lid and 0-ring are going to melt also. I wouldn't buy it for the fire or water aspects.
